The Central
Presented by Ian McInnes

Featuring mainly vehicles from the 1960s & 1970s, from the northern part of England, particularly Yorkshire and the North-East, but also some from elsewhere in the UK

The meeting will commence at 19:30 in the Brown room which is on the top floor next to the Roof Terrace, at The Central, Gateshead

The Central, Gateshead is situated on the Gateshead side of the River Tyne, between the Tyne and High Level Bridges, next to the railway bridge, and just up the road from the Hilton Hotel and The Sage Gateshead.

How to get there

Bus: Any bus that travels from Gateshead Interchange to Newcastle upon Tyne which stops before the Tyne Bridge on the Gateshead side. Or all buses that travel from Newcastle to Gateshead and go across the High Level Bridge stop very close to the front door. Otherwise it's a 5-minute walk from Gateshead Interchange.

Car: There are two car parks in close proximity to the pub next to the former Gateshead Civic Hall, one off Swinburne Street & the other off West Street both of which are free after 6 p.m.
